Be assured we do pay all cash redemptions. However there will inevitably be delays or errors (such as incorrect addresses) in a minority of cases.
When redeeming cash we provide a phone number in addition to an email address if a member wishes to query their payment or make a complaint.
Please write to points@opinionmatters.com.au to query slow payments and feel free to post any further issues regarding payment of cash redemptions in this forum.
